Hi, I'm Cory!

Actor / Singer / Director / Producer / Videographer

I grew up in the Mississippi Delta where the performing arts was my main source of entertainment. I pursued my passion for theatre by earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the University of Southern Mississippi. While pursuing my degree, I volunteered teaching drama at the Hattiesburg Family Education Center.​
 

Now a full-time professional actor, I'm based in Washington, DC. I've been able to perform musicals, classical works, films, and plays both in DC and all over the country. Regionally I've worked at Playhouse on the Square in Memphis, TN; Mill Mountain Theatre and Roanoke Children's Theatre in Roanoke, VA; American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, VA; and ColeBeanBay Theatre near St. Louis, MO. I've also toured nationally with National Players and state-wide with Mill Mountain Players.

In DC I've been fortunate to perform and work with theatres like The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Folger Shakespeare Library, Signature Theatre, Olney Theatre Center, and Maryland Shakespeare Festival to name a few!
